Yasuka Goto Solo Exhibition 2008.1.10(thu)-1.31(thu)

I was strongly impressed by Yasuka Goto's work when I first saw it in 2006 when I was a judge at the Tokyo Wonderwall Exhibition at MOT. I was particularly struck by the simplicity and dynamism of her images as well as by her appreciation of history on both a personal and global level.  I am very pleased that her paintings are continuing to develop and that she is having success in showing her work to a wider audience.

Former Director of Mori Art Museum, Tokyo
